Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched by our fulfilment partner within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. You'll get a confirmation email at the point of order and a second email with your tracking number once the parcel is on its way.

Delivery estimates

• United Kingdom: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Europe, US and Canada: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of world: typically 10–20 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees — customs checks and peak periods can add a few days. If your parcel is materially late, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Cost and tracking

Tracked shipping is free on every order, worldwide. Every parcel travels with a tracking number so you can follow it door to door.

Duties and taxes

Any taxes payable are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside the UK may occasionally attract local import duties, which are set by your country and payable by the recipient.

Wrong or damaged deliveries

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email hello@lumenandoak.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it.
